Reuse any box or bag you have at home to keep packaging waste to a minimum, and drop off your package at a courier point. (We’ll tell you where that is).

Once we’ve verified your takeback, you’ll get a discount code via email for up to £50 off qualifying items.

We only accept authentic Mallet items via this takeback programme, and the maximum discount you can redeem is £50 per takeback, which can be redeemed on a purchase of £150 or more on the Mallet website. Yes, that’s a third off your new purchase!

Your discount code is valid for a whole 12 months, so there’s no rush to shop straight away. It’s better to wait until you actually need something new, and put your code towards it then.

Items in good condition are restored and resold. And of course, we use an o-zone eco-friendly cleaning method to make sure we minimise our environmental impact while we work.

Repair

Sometimes the things we get sent just need a little bit of TLC in order to get back out there into the world, so our in-house repair team will handle that. For now, this is mostly the clothes we receive, but we’re working on including more serious shoe repairs too.

Reuse

For anything that’s slightly worn, we’ll repurpose them for future use. That could mean transforming them by upcycling, or making them into something new.

Recycle

And the items that are completely worn-out are responsibly recycled to minimise waste. This is our last resort, so every item that can be reused first will be. We make sure every single piece gets the care and consideration it deserves, keeping it out of landfill.
