London-based brand Nobody’s Child was founded in 2015 by Andrew Xeni, who wanted to make stylish and affordable clothes in a way that was ethical. Since then, the brand has seen some quick growth, and Tom Singh, founder of New Look and M&S have both invested. Nobody’s Child was the first guest brand to launch on the M&S website.
They prioritise fabrics from certified organic farming, recycled materials, and responsibly-managed sources. Plus the brand offers inclusive sizing, with petite options and styles available in sizes up to UK 24.
Despite having a seriously affordable price point, the brand has been worn and loved by some impressive celebrities. Sienna Miller, Fearne Cotton and even Poppy Delevigne have been seen championing the label, so if you’re in the market for some celebrity style, then this is a brand to check out.

Nobody’s Child believes good clothing shouldn’t cost the earth. They are serious about supply chain ethics, reducing climate impact, and promoting reduced-impact alternative materials.
They measure their carbon footprint closely, and team up with experts to find smart ways to cut down on their emissions. (Yes, that includes us!)
A lot of the materials used at Nobody’s Child come from reduced-impact sources, like organic cotton, recycled synthetics, and responsibly managed wood-based fibres like TENCEL™ Lyocell and LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose. As well as this, the brand avoids materials with a significant impact, like PVC and exotic animal skins.
Nobody’s Child Circular Business Models
Circular Business Models including rental, resale, and repair are key for keeping clothing in use and out of waste streams, leading to reduced waste, emissions, and virgin production.
Back in 2021 Nobody’s Child also launched their own rental programme, where for as little as £38 you can rent their clothes for your special occasions. It’s estimated that by renting one piece of clothing just once, you can save up to 24% water, 6% energy and 3% CO2 emissions compared to buying something new. (Rent the Runway)

Anything with holes or rips will get repaired by our lovely in-house repairs team, and the things that are long past their best will be recycled through the best method for them. Our team is full of recycling experts, so we know exactly what’s best (trust us, it’s a complicated system).
If you’ve got old Nobody’s Child clothes you no longer love and wear, all you need to do is go to our takeback page and select your items, package them up (in any old packaging you’ve got lying around) and send them over to us. We’ll take it from there.
And don’t worry about printing anything off at home, we’ve made it even simpler. We’ll give you the directions to your local parcel store, and they will print your label for you.
HOW THE NOBODY’S CHILD TAKEBACK PROGRAMME WORKS
It’s quick and simple to send us your old clothes and get rewarded. Here’s what you need to do.
- Add the items you want to return to your takeback basket.
Use our easy online tool to select the items you’re ready to part with. - Package up your items and drop them off.
Reuse an old delivery box or bag (because sustainability starts with using what you already have!) and take it to your nearest courier drop-off point. - Receive your discount code.
Once we’ve verified your items, we’ll email you a discount code worth up to £30 to spend at Nobody’s Child online. Your discount code can be redeemed against a minimum spend of £75. - Shop for something new.

WHAT NOBODY’S CHILD PIECES CAN YOU SEND US?
Through the takeback programme, we accept any Nobody’s Child clothes, regardless of their condition. From barely worn to very well-loved, we’ll take care of everything.
If your items are in great condition, they’ll find a new home with someone who’ll treasure them as much as you once did. If they’ve reached the end of their life, we’ll ensure they’re responsibly recycled, keeping them out of landfill.
