We’ve got a brand-new partner at Reskinned, and this one’s a little different. We’re excited to welcome Passenger to the Reskinned family, and we’re now officially on a mission to make sure all their gear finds a home that loves it. Known for their laid-back, adventure-ready style and commitment to responsible business, Passenger is the perfect match for what we do here. And this time, we’re doing something even more special than the usual drop. We’ll be collecting Passenger’s deadstock, customer returns, and faulties, working our Reskinned magic to give them a second life, and releasing them back into the wild on our website. That means you can get your hands on unique, one-of-a-kind pieces: quality gear that’s ready for its next adventure.
Passenger: Designed To Wander, Made To Roam.
Gear that’s built for explorers and adventurers, dreamed up by founders Rich Sutcliffe and partner Alexa, on a trip in their beat-up T4 in amongst the wilds of the Pacific Northwest.
Their clothes tell stories. Every piece is woven with escapism in the fibres, and built to not just withstand adventures, but embrace them. From campfire smoke to sweat stains to the salt of the ocean. This is clothing that was born to be worn and loved.
Hardy jackets, cosy fleeces, beanies, backpacks and tees, scars and stains of Passenger products are worn with pride, built to be repaired and re-repaired, passed on once you’re finished with them, and never thrown out.
Everything we do and wear has an impact, and we’ve partnered with Passenger to breathe new life into the pieces that have experienced a bump in the road very early on in their journey.
Together we’ll be lessening the environmental impact of the brand, using creative visible mending to make them even better than brand new - unique, one-off and starting out with a special story, ready to add even more chapters.

So what happens when a piece of Passenger gear doesn’t make it through the production stage unscathed?
No one wants a jacket with a slash through the sleeve but that doesn’t mean a perfectly good jacket doesn’t have years and years of escapes left in it.
The nature of manufacturing clothes means that occasionally accidents happen, and little tears, or broken zips render clothes unsellable, even though otherwise they’re still in perfect condition.
We’ll be bringing these pieces back to life - replacing anything that’s not working, and mending any rips or imperfections.
And usually we’d tell you the repairs aren’t even noticeable, but actually this time, they very much are.
For Repair Week (3rd-9th March 2025) we wanted to do things a little bit differently, and celebrate the art of repairing. Instead of hiding away any imperfections, we’re
celebrating the process with visible mending. Think colourful patches, visible stitch details and bespoke patches that the brand has created just for you. We want to celebrate the art of mending, and give your clothes a talking point and a story you can share.
These almost-perfect, brand new pieces from Passenger have ended up with a tear, a broken zip or something else that makes them not wearable. But everything else is still perfect - we don’t want anything to go to waste!
Passenger send us the pieces that are in need of some extra love, and our repair team unleash their creative flair, patching up pieces to make them just as good as new, but with their own little one off signature details.
You might find a jacket with a colourful patch, or an embroidered Passenger logo that is completely unique and one of a kind.
In reality, none of us are perfect, and our clothes aren’t either. We think the imperfections and uniqueness makes us and our clothes all the more beautiful, and it’s something to celebrate.
We hope you keep your passenger pieces for long enough and enough adventures that they wear the history on their sleeves - that means you’re living right.
Everything gets the Reskinned treatment, with waterless sanitisation via our eco ozone cleansing technology, and comes with our 30 day returns policy just in case you change your mind.
When the Passenger team reached out to us with their idea, we were very excited. They had pieces in their warehouse that weren’t quite perfect, that needed a little bit of love in order to get out there on the road.
But the team didn’t just ask for the standard repairs, they trusted us with the very exciting opportunity to transform their pieces into something totally unique. They knew their community of adventurers and wanderers would fall in love with the individuality of each item, so they let us unleash our creative flair.
Rather than just fixing garments, we gave them a whole new second life, allowing each one to tell its own story. Because Passenger is a brand that celebrates the adventures that come from a road less travelled. Lizzie, our repair specialist, was inspired, and didn’t take the standard route. In partnership with Passenger’s design team, she totally reimagined each garment, adding contrasting colour blocks, embroidered patches, and thoughtful details, making sure every piece was truly one-of-a-kind, just like the people who will own each of the garments.
We didn’t rush through the process, either. For us, this wasn’t just about repairing things; it was about making repair an art form. It was a refreshing challenge, and we’re excited to do even more of these kinds of one-off drops in the future.
You can bag your very own limited edition Passenger repair piece here. Act fast, each one is totally unique so once it’s gone, it’s gone.
