The British designerPenelope Chilvers creates artisanal boots, shoes and accessories that have a reputation for superb quality, comfort and effortless style. 

The iconic Spanish riding boots - aka the “Long Tassel Boots” are a firm favourite, most famously worn back in 2004 by Prince William’s then girlfriend, Kate Middleton. HRH Catherine, Princess of Wales can still be seen donning her Penelope Chilvers boots regularly, most recently spotted on a royal engagement in County Durham to visit Manor Farm.

The brand creates a wide range of beautiful, expertly crafted leather and fabric footwear, from trainers to sandals, boots to heels, and an impressive selection of mens shoes and accessories also. 

Penelope Chilvers creates boots to last a lifetime. And by partnering with Reskinned, they are able to offer an extended lifespan, and many more adventures for shoes that are no longer getting used.

REHOME OR RECYCLE YOUR LOVED PENELOPE CHILVERS BOOTS, SHOES  AND ACCESSORIES

You can now trade in your pre-loved Penelope Chilvers pieces. We accept footwear and accessories in any condition. They could be lightly worn, not worn at all, or worn and loved to the max. We’ll handle any repairs that need to happen, and find a new loving home with someone who will love your shoes and accessories for many more years.

And for the pieces that have reached the end of their days, we’ll responsibly recycle them, making sure nothing goes to landfill.

Visit our takeback page, choose the items you’ll be sending to us, select whether you want to print your returns label at home or in store, and send them to us. We’ll handle everything else (and you don’t even have to pay for postage).

I’VE SENT YOU MY PENELOPE CHILVERS BOOTS  - NOW WHAT HAPPENS?

One thing that makes Reskinned pretty unique is that we sort everything that comes through our door by hand, making sure we choose the best solution for each individual item.

Anything that’s in good condition and can be rehomed will be sent through our repairs process (if necessary) and cleaned with our ozone cleansing machine to make them as fresh as new, so they’re ready to find a new loving home.

And any pairs that have walked their final steps will be responsibly recycled through our sister company, LMB Textiles, so they can be made into something new.

And of course, nothing ends up in landfill.
